I would say around a grand.

Which is painful, because I bought and sold one 7 years ago for 300$. Lol

Underrated amps.

If you can get a grand for it , that will show how overblown this market is.

$700-800 would be a good deal for someone. I never jived with these amps, really kinda flubby and fuzzy for my personal tastes. People do like them though.

Considering there is no rock scene anymore per say, for the life of me I cant figure out why amps and guitars are so fucking high. I know alot of younger people through my son 30 years old. None of them play an instrument.

Thanks for the replies.

I think it sounds fantastic, huge and full. I like it with the bass boost out and the mid and trebble on 5. (not boosted).

The distortion is more than I would ever use and I guess it is not everyones cup of tea, but without all the preamp distortion, the tone is big and fat.

I have it plugged into my 4x12 loaded with CL80's, from the 80's, and I get no flubb but I guess if you use all the preamp distortion, I am sure you can dial in some fizz.

I find that prices in real life tend to be more realistic than the overhyped internet prices. I see certain gear going here and other forums for drastically higher prices than in real life at smaller stores, craigslist and auctions. It's a bubble.

They have their group of fans. You shouldn't have any trouble selling it. A lot of doom metal and stoner metal guys are really into them.

To me it sounds like a modded JCM800. Which I guess is a 80's thing. But if you back off the preamp, it could be used for anything.
