My favorite is my homebrew Marshall 1936 212 copy. I recently made an opened back panel for it. With it as a closed back, I had 2 CL80's or 2 WGS ET-65's in there, both worked great. I actually like this cab much better than the Mesa halfback 212 with 2 MC90's (top section was open) I had. The Mesa halfback 212 was a huge disappointment, but I should have tried an EV in the bottom section.
I also have a Fender Bandmaster 212 (smaller one). I made it opened back, but it was a good sounding closed back cab. The Marshall 2556A vertical 212 is a nice cab, I recently made a plywood back for it and really like the improvement in tightness and low end.
Worse cab was the homebrew Marshall 1922 212 I built. Very beamy, no bass, tried a bunch of speakers to no avail. That cab is now an opened back 112, and is really nice in that configuration....
