I wouldn't sweat it.
Like someone said we are our own worst critic sometimes.
For all you know everything seemed fine to those watching/listening.
Best advice I can give is this.
If you screw up, you are probably the only one who knows.
I can't even tell you how many times I've had to give a speech or presentation and something goes wrong.
I'm the only one who knew it and the audience was oblivious.... If you don't act like something is wrong no one will ever know.
