WOSIII: License downloading failed. Support does not respond

Hey Guys,

I did register and use the WOSIII Plugin in Cubase. The second time I wanted to use it, it asked me to login to my Two Notes account. Then it wants me to confirm the information I used when I registered my account. After that it tells me that the license downloading has failed and to contact support. Unfortunatly I don't get any response. I'd like to use this software I got with my torpedo captor, but it just won't work. What am I to do?

Thanks for the offer, but I found the answer Ive received yesterday in the spam folder. I will post the solution when I figured it out.
