Yeah the Purple has a Stupid Great Clean and its slightly tamer,rounder lead channel is quite the versatile beast.

Size of a Princeton the weight and volume of a halfstack.

Grossly underrated amongst all the killer Mesa products.

Allready own my perfect "dream" pair.
Mark III purple stripe 1x12 and a 01 US Standard Strat with stacked Duncan pickups.
Covers Everything minus ultra low tunings which I never do anyways.

However a Jeff Beck CS sig model into a Mark IV could likely sway me.

Yup..that purple was a great amp. Chased a red stripe out of my place..of all the amps I've had, I'm back to a Jubilee. Charvel Custom or USA would be my guitar, although a Wizard MCII might be a dream amp that might knock my Jubilee off the perch. Close 2nd is an SLO...but the Marshall tone is for me.

It could change from time to time but lately I have been loving my Anderson T Classic with the Kemper. If I had to choose a tube amp it would be some kind of Marshall.
