I totally forgot to buy a couple of those !!!
A necessity on every pedalboard. I'm about to do some science though. I'm not convinced the motor will run without putting noise into my signal chain. I got a Cioks DC7, so the power is isolated. We'll see. I might have to build a faraday cage for the damn thing. We'll see.

Probably could run it off a power supply, unless the fan is ac. Usually the small stuff is just DC anyway. Could possibly fashion a DC cord soldered to the DC power supply connect, then it would be cleaner, and elegant.

That's what I'm doing. I'm using the little green jack on it to power it because it's reverse polarity. The issue was even when I ran it on it's own power supply on a separate outlet, it still caused noise in the circuit. It might just be the electromagnetic interference from the motor spinning being picked up in the cabling. Science will solve this problem. I'm not taking it off my board.

Ahhh.

Faraday cage it is then. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Does it have a light...if not, it needs its own mini spot, for the stage cred.

🤣🤣🤣

I have 2 mesa amps.
A Mark 4 short head that i luckily bought just before corona hit and prices were still reasonable (paid around 1000 Euros, which is almost a steal here in europe)

Yes i still need to add a replacement slider knob for the middle eq slider and also the lead gain knob needs to be replaced with an original.

The other one is my trusty old Dual Rectifier. Owning that one since 99 and this actually was my very first real (tube) amp that i bought.

I'm putting together a new pedalboard to run into my Mark V. So far, it only has one pedal on it.
I was deeply bothered by that picture for some reason.

I would certainly need a hand truck to move my Mesas around, for sure.

If your tones are half as plush as that carpeting I bet they are still extremely rich sounding. Nice work matching your axe to the couch too. I have to ask why you have a fuse panel on the floor in front of your amp? Power conditioning or is that some sort of wizzer?

That's old pic. The Mark V is long gone (good riddance) and was replaced by a very good condition (for the age) Mark IV.

Don't worry. I'm going to put more pedals on it.
It wasn't the lack of pedals. The streamer-guy just got under my skin. Not even sure why but that dumb thing bothers me for some reason.
