You seem confused.
Everything is a choice. It's like saying "yeah I bought a red car but I'm not a red car owner because I could've bought a green car."
Not confused at all.

Transmitted to you free of charge at a cost of another's life. There can be no ulterior motive when there is nothing gained.
Then I guess it can be trusted information if you believe what the Bible says.
I don't subscribe to it myself.
But people are free to believe in what the want believe in.
I'm not about to stop anyone from practicing their chosen religion.

So being a Christian is indoctrination but practicing your religion is not?
LOL. Cognitive dissonance intensifies
To some degree it is.
My little kids go to a Catholic school. I see it every day. They are being indoctrinated and brainwashed. My kids are just there for the non woke education. They don't believe the jesus stuff, and not because I tell them not to, they are young and think it's a bunch of hooey.
My son's best friend at school is only 8 and he talks about Jesus and the Bible and it just blows my mind.
I'm friends with Christians and Catholics. I have a close friend who is Jewish, we all get along fine.but we don't all believe the same story.

Imagine being an old white dude following a 70 years old religion with roots in black African spiritism and magic rituals going on unwarranted rants against something like Christianity.
LOL. LMAO EVEN
Watch it...
Who you calling old.
:p
And the stuff I practice goes back a lot farther than 70 years.

I don't give a shit about what school your kids go to and what friends you have.
This is all the proof you have? What your children learn in school? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
It's all good. You believe I what you believe in and i will believe in what I believe in.
We can both go on in peace.

Not really a productive way to talk to someone.

My father offered to pay for a catholic school for my son. I didn't feel comfortable so I sent him to public school. There isn't really any ideal choices for schooling kids right now.

My daughter is big in to watching that J House show on YouTube. Lots of questions about Jesus at bedtime lol

Agreed. The only reason my kids are in Catholic school is because my wife's parents wanted to pay for it.
We couldn't afford to pay for the school they go to.
And we wanted them out of California public schools, here in San Diego the public schools are a cess pool.

In the Austin TX area the schools are also a cess pool.

.

Home schooling! Also Catholicism, especially what comes out of Vatican nowadays, is a bit far from the source.
My wife wasn't receptive to the idea at the time. My kids are now grown. My son is about to embark into monasticism so I will have an empty nest soon.

Wow ... impressive in this day and age!!!
It's difficult for everyone tbh. There is a lot of demonic resistance to a person getting involved with orthodoxy, the priesthood, or monastic life. My selfish side needs him at home to help me with some of his tech know how. The other part of me would like to see him become a great schema.

Will he go to Greece or Eastern Europe? I wouldn't have thought that Orthodoxy is a thing in USA.
New York state, for starters.

I'd like to see him go to Valam or Podmaine in Budva Montenegro. I told him that I have given him all the guidance I have to offer so now he has to make his own decisions. It's kind of the same as having your child die. It's difficult.

Well I guess like @Unacceptablenorm said ... at least in the Catholic schools they don't have drag queen performances.
Thank (insert your god here).
The school they go to is 100% non woke and there is none of that stuff going on.
My kids are 8 and 9, and we are very hardcore about not letting anything like that near them.

The beauty of orthodoxy is it is a giant pushback against anything woke or new speak. I suggest having a look.
