I'm taking suggestions for a 24.75 scale guitar that can pull off pretty great strat tones. Tom Anderson excluded. I'm not spending that money. I'm aware of the Warmoth, Musikraft options. Looking for turnkey and NOT MIC or Indonisia.

I've never played one but maybe the "guitar of the week" SG-3 might fit the bill if you can find one

24.75 SSS guitars? Hmmmm...
Maybe a 24" short scale Fender Duo Sonic or something.
According to a quick search, it also appears that there were some MiJ Squiers with 24.75" necks.

For something even more obscure, both the Starfield Altair and Starfield Cabriolet were both available in triple single coil configs and they are a straight 25" scale

You'd want to look for a pre-1995 Starfield though to ensure it's MIJ or MIA

This Millimetric 25" scale MGS3 def got some stratty sounds, but doesn't have a middle pickup.

Two quick questions that might help narrow it down for others.

Do you specifically want a Strat shape, with the same control and pickup layout, as well as the 9.25" fretboard radius, but with a Gibson scale length?

Do you plan on using the 2nd & 4th positions, or are you more into the 1st, 3rd, and 5th positions?

I would prefer a traditional strat shape and setup though I am open. I'm usually a 1/3/5 pickup wise and I'd prefer a 12" or around that radius.

If you're open to a different shape and setup, and you aren't after the in-between pickups then maybe look at the Gibson Gary Clark Jr SG. I had one for a while, and it's a killer guitar. I replaced the bridge A5 single coil with a Duncan Vintage P90. It covered a lot of sonic ground, sounded killer, and played really really nicely. The A5 rod magnet single coil tones are definitely closer to that Fender sound than any Gibson type pickups I ever played including their A5 Staple soapbar design which is a '50s rod magnet design ripped off from the Dearmond Dynasonic.

Here's a partscaster with a Musikraft 24.75" conversion neck. It's awesome

Otherwise, a PRS with the 25" scale and coil splitting can get sorta close.

Some old ESP JEL sigs are 24.75" scale with a pickguard to go SSS if you wanted.
