Like I told you before, I don't think abortion should be used as birth control, only for rape and medical issues for the woman. Fetus is part of her body. Once it's born, it is a baby.

No I didn't. I said what I said about California. LA county in particular.

Go back and re-read what I typed. Read it slowly and let the words sink in. Use a dictionary if you have to or ask someone else in the room to explain it to you.

I love how you have to lie about what I said in order to try to make a point against me. It's what stupid people do.

Kirk derangement syndrome. In your head 24/7/365. Hmm, it sure is empty in there. LET ME OUT!!!! ARRRGHHHH!!! Great echo and reverb in here though.
You fucking idiot. Go read the fucking shit you were responding to when you made that post. God damn you're fucking dumb.

Pretty sure.
I googled it as i was curious. See below.

States with Fetal Homicide Laws

According to tracking by organizations such as the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Right to Life Committee, the 38 states that recognize an unborn child as a victim of homicide or assault in various circumstances.

How the Laws Vary

• Gestational Stage: Roughly 29 of these states apply fetal homicide protections from conception or the earliest stages of development (any stage of gestation), while others require the fetus to have reached viability or a specific point of development (such as quickening or a set number of weeks).
• Exemptions: Nearly all of these state statutes explicitly exempt legal abortion procedures consented to by the mother, as well as medical treatments performed by licensed healthcare providers.

You have to do legalistic contortions to make your case which tells me that you don't have much of a case at all.

Cool. I was just curious after asking Robo and he didn't seem 100% sure.
