My stepfather's little brother and his wife are vaxxed and boosted to the hilt so it was not a surprise (but still very sad as they're nice people) when he was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (at stage 4, of course) and his wife who had beat breast cancer 22 years ago...well, all of a sudden that is back and with a vengeance.
