In India it's not frowned on to cheat, scam....you get respect for doing so because you're being clever in their minds and that's much more admirable than not being a piece of shit. It's only frowned on if you get caught, then you're seen as a sucker or stupid.

There are two affordable housing houses that got built in my tiny town. Pretty decent little houses. Within a year of the people moving into them the entire yard was FILLED with trash. You can't fix these people...I don't understand it...the mess those people have made would take an active effort, going out of their way to completely abuse the privilege they've been given. I'd planned to go to Daytona Beach after the official Bike Week was over. Not a fan of bike events and rallies.

All the national biker events have gotten ridiculously busy. Anyone with the cash gets a new road bike, along with all the gear and become weekend outlaws. It makes me laugh.

I haven't been to a bike rally since the 1990s. I'd rather ride my bike than be in parade like traffic, duck walking the bike for miles under 10 mph in the hot sun with the bike engine roasting my legs.

i usually go to Daytona when no sponsored events are happening; it's only a few hours away.

When you have normal kids with normal upbringing playing with kids who were "raised" by animals, shit happens. That gorilla should have been arrested on the spot for assault & battery. Damn.

Gotta admit, I spend 90% (or better) of my riding time alone. Peaceful, and easier to watch for cars.
And yeah, my last "parade" created a traffic jam and what should have been a 10 minute cruise through downtown turned into an hour or more in July heat. I actually shut off the bike and got off a couple times. Ridiculous.
