Nah man, you're thinking of the other, other John Browne.
I think our John Browne also played the clerk in Blade Runner 2049 (or this could be the other, other, other John Browne - I do admit I get them confused sometimes).

It sounds like Celestion used Cowboys from Hell as a baseline tone then said, yeah, another 15 db boost at 8 kHz - 10 kHz should do it

Concentrated Eau de Dime. Unfortunate, since I'd otherwise like the wider, more open response of the 70/80.
