It looks like I posted in this thread a while ago, but now of the 50+ ones I've owned and countless others I've tried, my 8 keepers have been the Friedman buxom boost, Landgraff Mo-D, Lazy J Cruiser, Thorpy Gunshot, Fortin 33, Fortin Grind, Horizon Precision Drive, and Kingsley Minstrel. The Buxom Boost and Landgraff are super versatile and use them a lot (they dethroned many of my past favorites/go to's). Thr other 6 are more specialized, but top notch at what they do. I also have a VFE Standout coming, so I'll see about that. The only od pedal on my list now to maybe have are the spaceman Mercury iv and original Klon (not gonna happen anytime soon)
For what it's worth, some of those 50+ I've had before were the Timmy, cusack screamer v2, thorpy warthog, koko boost, klon ktr, VFE Focus, boss sd-1, od-1, od-3, bd-2, od1x, many maxons, analogman prince of tone, rockbox boiling point, DOD Yngwie, many Airis's including the savage, several Protones and mad professors and Jetter's, 1985 Proco Rat, MXR GT-OD and other that weren't that noteworthy
A lot of those pedals were great, but honestly either the buxom boost or Landgraff Mo-D could outdo most of those and the ones that it can't were for my taste made unnecessary from some of my other 6 pedals. All just to my taste of course
I highly recommend the buxom boost. Non of the Friedman amps or other pedals of his were keepers for me because of some of my other stuff, but the buxom boost was a real surprise for me
