BIAS Desktop

Anybody here purchased BIAS desktop for Mac yet? I did and cannot find it to use with GarageBand. It appears to have downloaded but I have no way of opening it. Their support page suggestions do not work. I was hoping somebody here has had a similar issue and found a solution. I sent a request to Positive Grid 5 days ago but have heard nothing. I feel like I got ripped off

Open garageband, open a new blank track then you open the program like adding an effect to the track. Bias isnt a stand alone program
