They don't use water daily. They have closed loop cooling systems. Once the initial system fill is done, that's all they use. Electricity usage, however, will be off the charts.

Not-true from what I've heard.
Apparently the giant tanks the water cools in allow a fair amount of evaporation.
Think about it:
Evaporation cools water as it loses its latent heat, hence evaporative coolers. Cooling water sans evaporation is tricky and less-efficient.

Well, there is going to be some loss, yes, but it's not like they're using a million gallons a day like people try to lure people into fearing them. My friend is a chemical salesman/water treater and we've had multiple discussions about it. People don't need to fear the water usage nearly as much as the power usage, amount of land they take up, the tax money spent to build them while no real jobs are created, etc.

AI is going to be a huge benefit for businesses. AI is here to stay, we are just going to have to get used to it.
Our population is dumbed down due to our poor morals and terrible public schooling. Work ethic is gone, AI is necessary.

Yep, that's what the video above is about from what I gather. AI firms are hiring people for this very purpose. They have short initiatives to extract info from humans, then toss them to the curb in the name of short term contracts.

At this point I think the answer is NO. The governments and Billionaire oligarchs want it and I'm sure it is not for the benefit of mankind. You only have to listen to what the 1% say as well as their sycophants like the WEF and WEF adjacent incessantly talk about. The Ukraine War and Gaza has been a proving ground for AI guided and controlled autonomous weapons systems. The US military is already ceding controls over to AI instead of humans, I'm sure they won't reveal how much is under full AI control. I do believe SKYNET is manifesting before our very eyes.
So if they people/enities training AI loathes humanity what traits do you think their AI child will be like?

So the water is more important to keep the Data centers running versus the public humans who funded and built the water supply infrastructure in the first place is where I have a problem with it. Data centers pulling water from the in ground water tables to supply these centers which should be in a location with ample water supplies like a river or large lake...Not in a midwest cornfield.
