Bogner OS 2x12

Is there any difference in size or design between an older Bogner OS 2x12 and a new Bogner 2x12C closed back cab with the newer comet tolex, etc.

Any input appreciated

Had both. Have now just the 2x12 closed back. Love it.

I had both just a couple days ago and sold one
On the outside, they're quite identical
I think Bogner switched builders though, so the construction might not be equivalent
The Comet vinyl, as bad as it looks, appears to be quite durable
