Damn. Thank god I never said anything particularly private in pm's. Hope you guy's get this sorted. Rig Talk's too good a thing to lose. It's a shame you had to bail Thump but I understand 100%.


Oh well, this place was good while it lasted.

Guess I am pretty down about this whole thing and as Ralph said I did pony up some loose change for this place, I have also stayed out of these threads such as the "He's Gone" thread due to the fact I do not know what has been happening in the background.

So your answer is probably snap thought and no I probably should not have brought that up since it has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

I don't see it as robbing the place. I see it as him getting paid for services rendered for the year. At this point, I'm pretty sure that he has access to the money anyway and can do whatever he wants with it, so why not turn it into a positive? Chris and Bob Run the show and get back the forum and Mitch gets paid for his work.

It's none of my business... but keep in mind, that a crafty admin can leave quite a few back doors in something like phpBB.

You should be happy that he's trying to return to the *normal* team. Not that there's anything wrong with the team that likes pointy headstocks/neon colours/floyds, and I respect their right to live that lifestyle. But you should be happy for him, no doubt there will more people lured to the other team soon enough :lol:

If it ends the stand-off quickly and we can retain the builder forums I say that this is a possible solution.....win / win for all parties.
