Had a problem with a Mr Vermin I bought last year, I contacted them, they said send it in for warranty service. Tracking shows it arrived May 25. Since then, I haven't heard a peep. No acknowledgement they received it, no responses to many emails and messages sent through their website, completely ghosted.
Pretty clear at this point I'll never hear from them and never get it back.
I noticed on their website they've cut back on product offerings dramatically and are apparently having issues. Whatever. No excuse to pull something like that, and they are clearly still in business selling pedals.
So if you plan on doing business with them, beware.
