You guys wouldn't believe what he's told me. I hope everything works out for the OP and myself and he turns out to be a good guy but this is not good right now. I kinda assumed it was something serious but, he didn't have to lie about the whole situation. He could have told me, "hey this happened-this guy has the amp-it'll be sent out by the end of the week-sorry it is taking so long." I would have been completely cool with the whole thing. I do feel a little guilty spilling the beans but

I am in the dark right now on this story like everyone else.
But I do know when ya love gear like we all do,
you can easily become obsessed with it,
and if you are not careful you can start making huge mistakes.
No different than someone that gambles, drinks, sniffs etc......
Not sure what the story is yet, but I am very, very interested in hearing,
as much about it as I can.
I know I had actually gotten to the point that I started feeling some dis-satisfaction,
in myself for the continuous gear searching.
I know that feeling is just a real healthy mechanism within myself,
that warns me to Fk'n stop buying gear..... I will always love gear but at some point ...........
'How much is enough ?'
Hope to find out the details on this three way cluster fk...soon.
My best wishes that anyone in this deal gone wrong does not get stiffed out of their money in the end.....

Hey man, well said but it can be a sickness. Cooling the jets is sometimes tough. As for the seller mentioned in this situation, I have to say he's always been pretty cool. I hit him up for some advice on an amp a long time ago and he was super cool. I hope it all works out for both parties here.

You are lucky if he was the guy that had the amp you paid for.
You definately have no worries if he said he is shipping you the amp.

You are right as usual....I am kinda stunned about this at the moment though.
I was seriously thinking about how rapidly Metal head was buying,
one amp right after another in the last few weeks especially,
and was wondering if he landed the golden goose,
or his business was just booming.
Plain ole curiousity. I know right now business for us folks in these parts is not good.
Nobody has any money to spend...
So this is why I was doing the wondering about his buying power lately. I too hope there is a good and decent explanation in the end.
