Another example of how important GOOD COMMUNICATION is, especially when dealing with someone for the first time; and even if they've done deals with others here before in the past - POOR COMMUNICATION SUCKS, I don't care who they are or how many deals they've done . . .

I think due to all the new guys, [increase in members ],
maybe there should be some sort of new rules in place,
to restrict them from just having access ,
to buy and sell right away on Rig-Talk.
Maybe they can come aboard the forum as newbies,
with no amount of trans actions or posts and,
BUY RIGHT AWAY, BUT NOT SELL??? Does that make sense ?
I have read in this thread several times how you guys feel.... about the run of deals gone wrong etc.....
It has become way to frequent. once is one time too Fk'n many,
but we are all over multiple times in the past 3 months or so.......
I also agree with the posting of original sellers name.
But I would want the OP to disclose it without the added pressure from
' Demanding him do it or else'......
The OP has enough right now to worry about,
yet he should also look to help his Rig Talk brothers avoid any more fraudulent/BULLSHIT dealings from taking place....... IMHO.........

You're right. That's what I love about this forum. People look out for each other. I've had a couple PM's wishing me good luck and I've really appreciated them. So I guess, I'll out him. I really think you'll be surprised though, he had always seemed like a top-notch guy.

I know he's sold a Cameron before and some other serious items so I don't think he should be "avoided like the plague," who knows what is going on in his life right now. Nonetheless, I don't think it should give him the excuse to lie about everything he did. Even after he admitted to not shipping it (and therefore admitting to lying), he still didn't tell me about the whole, I shipped it to someone else situation. The communication was poor to put it lightly.

like i mentioned - write the review in the buyer feedback section and let him try to defend himself there. those who deal with him in the future need to be able to search the buyer feedback section and see this.

Other sites require a minimum number of posts while others require a fee to be a premium member. Being a newb around here myself, you guys don't know me, but I think I'm a rather good buyer/seller as evidenced by deals on other forums and my ebay feedback. But, this is a prime example of someone who has been here for awhile and secured the trust of others. It doesn't matter if a person has posted 1 time, 100 times or 100,000 times, they can still be a douchebag. You can charge a fee, but what's $20 or so to someone who is going to rip someone off for $800? My point is, it really doesn't matter how you pre-screen people, you're always going to get bad apples.

What type of mods does it come with?

Right now its got a Jose Mod. It was owned and ran by my Neighbor Jose Gomez.
But it can be tricked out for other mods if preffered.
