I love me some Slayer, in fact, going to see them Thursday with Death Angle and Anthrax.

I'm not digging Repentless too much. Actually everything beyond Seasons in the Abyss just doesn't do much for me. There are definitely songs here and there from their various albums after Seasons, especially on World Painted Blood, that I really dig, but their earlier stuff is what really does it for me. Hell awaits is my favorite Slayer album. Reign In Blood and South of Heaven are epic as well.

I completely agree with Kreator having better riffs though. Especially the solos Kreator is just in a thrash league of their own IMHO.
