Definitive Guitar Albums of That 80s Era?

My definitive guitar album of the 80's? Granted just my opinion but this is the one I listened to constantly for the songs, the guitar tones and the especially the playing -

Now, I actually like Georges playing on BFTA better as to me that was his high water mark. Of course Randy's Blizzard and Diary are two of my favorite albums period, even more so that ULAK. Dio's first two with Vivian and then the staggering Whitesnake '87. Others like Ratt's first two hit all the marks, White Lion, TNT etc... was all required listening for me but for whatever reason, even though it's not my favorite all time album, when I think of definitive whole package 80's, it's this album.
That album was "the tone" back then. Polished and sounded damn near perfect compared to everything else that came out around then. I loved those other albums but the production was at another level.

One of my favorite ‘80s “hair metal” albums.
Ripping playing, and tone, by Doug Aldrich.
Kal Swan had a he-man voice.
Production was really good.
It just never did anything.(I had to buy a Japanese import cd)

From Japan, EZO and even their previous incarnation Flatbacker for faster and heavier.
Bryan Adams Reckless. Not metal at all but incredibly tasty rock guitar playing with great tone and amazing song craft.
