Maybe the best thing to do is delete all threads no one has posted in over a week. Once a week is gone the information is outdated and useless anyway.

No... Personally, I occasionally look at older threads to find information. Thread age does not equate to usefulness (necessarily)...

Gear discussions are usually good sources of information, so those should remain. Maybe you can have an archive, separate storage for older posts? Should free up storage for the active / current topics

Not sure why these posts are getting deleted.
I know that myself and the other mods would never delete anyone's sale threads.
Even if a member doesn't supply photos or a price as per the rules.
They poster gets several warnings that are not sent in a pm. But posted in the thread.
Apologize for anyone that has something wiped out.
Has to be some sort of glitch is all I can say.
