Full disclosure @Shevek ; if the story turns out true, it *is* horrible and reprehensible. But you gotta admit all the stuff that Floyd pointed out makes it rather fishy sounding and definitely the type of weird details that harkens memories of a certain fake alarm in Chi-town...
