EMG Wiring problem ?

Firstly I bought sh-5 but I didn't liked it. I returned it and I bought EMG 81/85 but I've got problems with the installation.

Installation took me a bit of time. Both pickups works but with one small glitch ...

If I turn down the bridge volume all the way down I still hear the sound from amp and when I touch the pickups I get some clicking sound. Another different thing : as I said when my bridge volume is down I still hear the sound but when I turn the NECK volume down all is silent. And vice versa.

I followed instructions by diagrams included in boxes and from page , all is correct but WTF ...

I cant remenber what but something on those diagrams isnt right...do a search youll find it..its one wire not corrected right...

I must say that when I had the Gibson pickups all was fine.
And with my other guitars I don't have this problem.

Lastly I wired my guitar in 1 tone 2 vol config.
I also changed the bus , cause hey - maybe the bus was damage or what ? But all was the same.
Now I changed to 1 tone 1 vol and ... everything seems ok ... WTF ?
I swapped volume pots in this 1x1 config and both of them worked.

Problem solved !
Indeed , diagram was fucked. One of the wires from bridge volume and neck was misplaced.

I've spent 5 fucking hours to figure this out. This sucks. But now everything is great.

I am have same problem here
when I swtich to brigde pickup
but brigde vol is all down and neck vol is max
and the master tone is max too , I hear the little sound come form neck pickup,
when I trun the master tone or neck pickup vol down all is slient.....

how did your fix this problem, what wrie is wrong mention form the diagram ?
