Favorite Guitarist - pick only one

Tough one.

I'd have to go with Jag Tanna of I Mother Earth.

There are so many but to pick only one I would say Angus Young.

I was a Huge Vai fan growing up....then I heard Andy Timmons.
What a fresh new take on the instrument, I love his soulful Licks.
Still a Vai Guy, but Andy is just Killin' for me lately.

Can't get out of this thread without saying...........GUTHRIE! :rock:
 
Gotta go with Gilbert. I always keep coming back to him and Bratta, but Paul has been busier the last 10years.
 
This is a REALLY hard decision, had to think it over for a couple of minutes.....

If we arn't limited to Guitarists that ONLY play guitar, Trent Reznor, if we are, James Hetfield....

This was a very tough call. There are several players that I love EVH, Lynch, Timmons, Thomas Blug (who just kills), Jerry Cantrell, etc... However, Luke is by far one of the most interesting and tasty players of the past 20 years, IMHO.

I'd have to say lynch then I guess..

early lynch..dokken era lynch..not nu lynch...I must specify =D cause they're almost like two completely different people..lol
 
Wow, impossible to pick just one. So, I won't. Funny though - If this was over at TGP Hendrix, SRV, Richards and John Mayer would have been said a thousand times already. Totally different audience over here. :lol: :LOL:
