Yeah. I noticed he was selling in the Classifieds just yesterday! He always had swingin' deals. I had to look up his profile to put 2 and 2 together, and he was a good dude. I feel even worse now.

Damn man, that sucks. I remember interacting with him way back in the HCAF and think it was when i was living in D.C. Just seemed like a great guy and was a constant on the forums.

Pretty much, yeah. He was a tool and die maker and was able to retire a few years ago. He was an amazing woodworker and had about as much wild-ass, high-end wood working machines and such as he did guitars and amps. He's been a constant in my life for a long time now, he was the big/older brother I never had. Texted nearly every day, silly dumb-ass guy shit. We drank a lot of beer together and always had a great time. Cookouts on his deck, Super Bowl games at our place. This is so fucked up, I can't believe he's gone, it still hasn't really set in fully.

Yep, I remember him telling me that. He got a Dodge ram a while back and he knew I worked for them and he was telling me how the guys at work were giving him shit because he bought a ram and wanted me to ensure him it was a good choice hahaha. He would send me silly shit on Christmas and holidays too. He will be missed.

I’m so sorry Tim! Thanks for getting a hold of me.
I remember when I first met him when I went to his apartment to buy his Genz-Benz cab, The old HC days. I think he had a metal face Bogner Ecstasy and a Wolfgang at the time (before his crazy gear hoarding lol). Man, he turned on that amp and started jamming and the walls were shaking and the windows were rattling! (You know how he loved to melt our faces with ear blistering volume lol)…but this was in a large apartment complex!! Man did he piss off his neighbors lol. They were beating on the door but we couldn’t hear them lol. I was mildly uncomfortable but he wasn’t fazed
When he got his house over on Cherry St ( I think it was Cherry St?) he would always bias my old Splawn amp when I put new tubes in it. He loved that stuff, kind of like a mad scientist lol. Afterwards we would jam (very loudly lol) and always have a few cold Rolling Rocks My ears would be ringing the rest of the night after going to visit him. You were there many times so you know what I’m talking about lol

So sad though. Still in disbelief. Such a great guy
