Applies to several other amps as well. LOL

When I had my Budda 3/4 stack (a 412 under a 212), I had to deal with the handle on the 212 making the head ever so slightly unstable, but really no issue.

I buy second hand amps and cringe every time I see amps stacked. Some of the modern tolex gets round feet marks all over it.

I put small pieces of black packing foam under my amp head feet to protect my cabs.

Splawn has a built in handle in their 212 cabs just like Billy Blades does.

I’ve really got to try a Splawn one of these days. Few and far between in Australia.

I’d skip the Blades reference.
Just sayin. ?

It was a joke. Scott has been doing that with cabs far longer than Billy did with an amp head. Good idea Billy had for doing that in a an amp head actually as long as you have room (although I don't think he was the first). Cup holder? Not so much.

Also - I just had an idea about how it would be nice if someone made slightly longer rubber amp feet. Might look a little dorky but a lot less intrusive than removing amp handles.

Have used them before. Mainly for better air flow under the head.

The standard size feet on most amps is 1/2", but those don't have quite enough clearance over the type of handle in my OP. They do have 3/4" thick ones that are tall enough to fit though.
