I decided that I wanted to do something special with 2 of my guitars that the paint was a little messed up on. The first is an 80s ESP Custom Mirage from the NYC custom shop. It was white and was showing its age but is one of the most comfortable guitars I played. This is my shredder and can get pretty mean so now it looks the part!
The second is a newer Fender Custom Shop Classic Deluxe that was routed for a battery compartment and was polished with a much too abrasive cleaner that scratched up the paint on it. I wanted to make good use of the battery compartment so I threw in a set of David Gilmour pickups and told Mike to make me a Pink Floyd themed guitar. Here is what he came up with!
