Aside from the usual suspects...

There's a video floating around of Verheyen at the THD booth at NAMM playing Little Wing. Totally sublime clean tone and playing.

And Myron's clean ecstasy clip on the Bogner sites is one of the best clean tones I've ever heard. Very piano-like.
