So I'm checking out the gear page's comments on the Roger Waters vs James Hetfield controversy and it's crazy it's almost like I'm reading rig-talk.

I think there are different levels.

Roger Waters is top of the heap for sure. When I sqw him in concert, his songs have names like "Pilot Bombing Kids" and stuff like that. I'm retired military but could care less. I love his music and think everyone should be who they want to be.

Then you have Rage Against the Machine and Ted Nugent. More tongue in cheek with some songs and you gotta dig a bit. Again, i'm a fan of both and their shows were both badass.

Then you have Springsteen and other artist who occasionally speak out.

Then you have everyone else and no one cares when they say stuff, lol. When I was growing up, people talked about politics but it was a small part of their day. Now it is infused into damn near everything and I despise it. I don't despise it because it exists, it is because everyone is acting like idiots.

Just as a sidenote, I feel the same way about people who drive in the left hand lane, people on flights that take 15 minutes to stand up and grab their bag out of the overhead bin, people that post every celebrity that passes on social media, etc. But I do love rock and roll, Les Pauls, and all of the goons on Rig Talk.
