Bebop is basically a three chord blues taken to the limit using harmonic substitutions. If you knew what you were talking about you'd understand that. If you think Parker couldn't absolutely rip blues you're off base.

I think the kids thought they were going to see a similar show to the Wall tours he did. I got a buddy who does sound for one of the most popular PF tribute bands around, El Monstero. The kids go a couple times a year.

I think He did those Wall tours because it was the only way he could make any money. Fuck, I can barely stand the guy but I might buck up the cash to see it.
