Hetfield is a talentless low IQ prick

None of those sound like Roger Waters solo tours to me. They sound like Roger Waters covering Pink Floyd.

Does Gilmour do that are does he actually write new music and tour on that ? 🤔

Yep, this is the crux of the issue

Roger has been coasting on his PF association for quite literally his entire solo career

It's not an association, he was Pink Floyd

Waters has had several massively successful tours.

The Wall Live tour - $459 million
This Is Not A Drill tour- $186 million
Us and Them tour - $180 million
Dark Side of The Moon tour - $65 million
In The Flesh tour - $29 million

If you're only counting his solo tours with no Pink Floyd in it, for some reason - This Is Not A Drill tour- $186 million
And In The Flesh tour - $29 million

Seems pretty successful to me.

Yes you've repeated this multiple times now

We understand that he has had successful tours PLAYING PINK FLOYD music

I saw Roger waters perform the wall in San diego back in 2012. It was cool, but no Gilmour. Sad!

I saw Waters in 1999. A lot of fun, but boy I was stupid for not seeing Gilmour in both 2015 and 2025 when I was in CA.

Yeah I enjoyed it a lot. Ticket was expensive, but I did get a good view of the stage. Went alone lol.

I got there late though, missed the first 5 or 6 songs because lucky me I had duty that day.

The smell of weed was strong too lol.

I remember seeing Roger Waters and then Gilmour led Pink Floyd in the fall of 1987, both at the Omni in Atlanta and had killer seats for both. Roger was doing the Radio Kaos thing (I remember Katie Kiley (sp?) from 96 Rock on stage with Jim Ladd and it was sort of cringey). The Waters show was okay; the Floyd shows (3 sold-out nights!) were amazing. At their best, they both made Floyd what it was; at their worst (The Final Cut), it was just a Waters solo album. Although I liked Not Now John as a teenager (Fuck all that we gotta get on with this!!!)

His set lists for the last 2 tours are a bit over half Pink Floyd songs, and just under half solo. For example:

9. Marooned (Pink Floyd)
10. A Single Spark (Added at later dates like NYC/London)
11. Wish You Were Here (Pink Floyd)
12. Vita Brevis
13. Between Two Points (The Montgolfier Brothers cover, featuring Romany Gilmour)
14. High Hopes (Pink Floyd)

🌌 Set 2

15. Sorrow (Pink Floyd)
16. The Piper's Call
17. A Great Day for Freedom (Pink Floyd - occasionally omitted due to strict venue curfews)
18. In Any Tongue
19. The Great Gig in the Sky (Pink Floyd - reimagined with vocal harmonies)
20. A Boat Lies Waiting
21. Coming Back to Life (Pink Floyd)
22. Dark and Velvet Nights
23. Sings

🎸 Encore

25. Comfortably Numb (Pink Floyd)

Gilmour still has it, even in his old age. I was expecting Luck and Strange to be crap, but there's a lot of good songs on that album. I would even argue it was better than his 1984 album, About Face.
