Hetfield is a talentless low IQ prick

That's the case with a lot of musicians to be fair. They have a brilliant period and then nothing. For example can you name a good Jimmy Page song post-Led Zeppelin?

I don't know, would the giggler scene in Death Wish 3 have been as awesone without Jimmy Page's flanged pick scrapes?

Or that opening track with the Greyhound bus through NYC?

I'm so burned out on politics I could projectile vomit. I'll get on my 2 second soapbox. All politicians have done over the past decade or so is divide people. They don't represent human beings at all. Rant done.

That's kind of the point though, so is metallica. That's literally what they said.

Roger Waters is big mad because it makes him look like a sanctimonious retard 🤷‍♂️

wow, this thread doubled in size  i have a lot of catching up to do

It'd be different if you had to go to gigs and to work and all your bandmates and co-workers were saying the same thing as I am. They are like the Beatles for the early gen-X crowd. A substitute christ for morons. I hate the Beatles too. Yuck.

Well, that's just like your opinion man. At least I don't make fun of the stuff you like repeatedly :dunno:

Personally I don't think they are at their best when they are trying to do up-tempo rockers. I am a big PF hater (especially dark side of the moon and the wall) but I genuinely like some of the later stuff, especially "on the turning away"

Even though it's a little derivative of classic celtic folk, it's very beautifully written and performed, and far less obnoxious than the 70s shit

That was a good one. I liked 'Learning To Fly' too :dunno:

Agreed. of their early stuff I think wish you were here is decent too

But i'm never going to change - especially DSOTM and The Wall make me cringe uncontrollably - it reminds me of hanging out at parties when all the theater kids would show up uninvited, and get stoned and do the "DUDE BUT WEED MAN LMAO LETS PUT ON SOME FLOOOOYD BRAAAH" and scare the hoes away

Yeah! My opinion: every post-Waters song sounds better on Pulse than on their respective albums. Just looser and better feel. And that album sounds soooo good.

I know you aren't but I've been booted from two different forums for telling guys that sorry, Jimmy Page is a rock guitarist, not a blues guitarist. A lot of those TGP/TDPRI dudes can't handle it when you tell them you don't care for their favorite band.

Ok please clarify the difference between a “rock” and “blues” guitarist.
Does one need the blues to play the blues?
