Bwahahahha...imagine my surprise when I looked last week at the current going rate for 1st run Fender Hello Kitty Strats after remembering the one I got for my Daughter for Christmas 2007, same one that's spent its entire life in a case and literally never been played more than 5 minutes. I got it at cost (Like $150) and its now quadrupled in value...She's in college now and I don't dare tell her what its worth, no reason to. Pretty sure this will be the 59' Les Paul of her Generation

I've threatened to do just that over the years and have been reminded it wasn't my guitar hahaha. This one is perfect still, plastic on both pickguards, not a smudge on it. I didn't get the Hello Kitty gig bag though, they came later. Also just confirmed I actually got it for her in 2006.

I love that the guitar in this pic is worth 1k now Lolol.

A retired fender master builder lives in my town and does luthier work. I have debated bringing it to him and asking him to make a new neck 16” radius and stainless frets. We will see if I get the balls to bring that to him.

It's just Ola is willing to shill products and play the game, and he already had a name in the metal scene to leverage.

Unfortunately, because of him, everyone expects every demo to sound like THAT instead of what the amp/pedal/whatever really sounds like.

It's amazing how everyone in the universe complained about "there's no good clips of a Larry" but as soon as I put out dozens of clips in every possible configuration, no one cares, because they want OLA or some other youtube shill to do all the clips.

Whatever the amp, that's what theyre really complaining about. They're complaining it isn't accessible in normie-land, made into a banal cupcake of easily digestible lowest common denominator pablum. God forbid you have to listen to MUSIC to hear what a piece of gear sounds like.
