That is all.

That Stealth - :inlove:

Dude! tell me about it :inlove::inlove::inlove:

I just manhandled it at band practice and it's fuckin awesome!

Working on more....!

Yep  Even though my last amp had a higher priced MSRP, the Mark V is a much better match for me than the ENGL Steve Morse was

Yes it is, I love the tones and the diversity...there's no time to get stale, just switch up modules and inspiration flows:

Zachman...

I love that you actually bring that whole rig to gigs :D

People often post their whole collections as their "rig" when they either don't gig or if they do only bring part of it but not you, props!

Couple questions though: what do you drive to move that rig around and are you getting people to help load in/out?

I love Mine

Thanks brutha...

Edit: Hell Ya, I play this thing live. It RULES!!! I can appreciate the guys who argue that it's not necessary, or that you can do the same thing with a pod, BUT... they're just wrong-- and that's okay. ;)

Big moving truck w/ hydraulic lift gate to move BIG gear to larger gigs. For small gigs (not too many lately), I use smaller stuff (Combo, a few pedals and an Intellifex, sometimes just an acoustic)-- Depends on the gig really.

I have a main assistant/Tech (Carlos Barientos III), who helps me move and setup/tear down stuff,

and we (The band, and friends) all help each other with whatever needs getting done.

mine definitely is the best i've ever owned.
for those who dont know i have two ltd mustaine dv8r's one with mustaine livewires one with blackouts and an ibanez RG520qstb with the dimarzio mo'joe/PAFjoe set, a marshall fja modded tsl60 running into a 2002 marshall vintage 4x12. that's the meat and potatoes anyways.
not the fanciest prettiest thing out there but she's got more under the hood than it looks like lol

Hey Zachman....granted I dont follow every post, but is your bands lead singer Steve Perry??? What is the name of your band????

I am pretty much completely happy with my rig right now. I have 2 other guitars not in the picture, an 87 PRS and a Thorn tele type guitar, but I am just a bedroom player and love playing old 80's type rock so its the absolute perfect rig for what I enjoy doing. I had a Bogner XTC for about 3 years that I was completely content with but when my good friend asked if I wanted the rack mounted SLO I just couldnt pass it up. And like him, I would kill for a really nice LP....never should have sold the Bonamassa that I had or the Huber Orca...should have kept one of them around. I could prolly ditch the entire pedalboard as I rarely ever hit ANY of the pedals... I would be completely content playing wise with one of the SUhrs for when I get that urge to rip on the wiggle stick and any one of the other guitars (probably the fish guitar or the Koa one on the right, as they are the most flexible as far as tones go....both having completely custom pups and the fish having a piezo also...) THe rest are all just visual overkill

Without a doubt, yes!

For that matter every rig I've owned in the last 25 or more years has been an improvement on the one it replaced.

...or I wouldn't have done it. ;)

No, Not Perry... He does look and sound like him though. The band's name is Separate Ways.

Not best, but equal. I am currently playing a Charvel promod through a 1980 JMP 2203 and G12-65 loaded cabinet. In the past I played a Bogner Shiva with OS 2x12 and a Mark IV through an EV-12L Thiele. I consider all three equal in regards to quality of tone, so I am happy. Although I would not mind having a new Anniversary Shiva and 2x12.

Guitar wise? No.

Amp wise? I can cover more ground now, so yeah, definitely.

Update...

I thought I was still one piece away from returning to the best rig I've ever had, but after having had my first practice with a new band I'm putting together and hearing my current amp in the mix I've decided that I currently have the best rig I've ever had.
