I've actually tried the Tamarind one. It's...um...different!

I like a lot of their flavors though.

Mexicans fucking love Tamarind. Last time I was in Mexico, we stopped in some candy store, and half the candy they had was tamarind flavor. What's the deal with that?
I really like Jarritos orange but the wife brought home Tamarind and I tried it about five minutes before I posted. Don't tell anyone this but it reminded me of the Canada Bold ginger ale that I love. Not sure what's up with Mexicans and tamarind but US produced food has become such shit we buy a lot of Mexican products and visit a Mexican butcher pretty frequently for groceries and meat. The meat is local but the Mexican products avoid a lot of trash additives.

Luckily we have a few places here that carry it. I love the pineapple!

I like to use the orange and the pineapple flavors with vanilla ice cream to make ice cream floats! Get a mad sugar rush, make a few snarky comments on rig talk, and then freak the hell out on my guitar.

There isn't a part of Canada that wants to join the US. There are a few cousin-fucking Albertans that want to join the US.

On point. I can't ever remember a time in my life as a Canadian where relations were this low. There is general dislike of the U.S administration now which was never there before. Jokes aside, that's really sad because it is coast to coast and a lot of Canadians have family over the border.

Holy crap!!!! Winnipeg? I would never have guessed.

I might need to do a road trip this summer.

I would never have guessed Winnipeg given the size of the place but I hope they lock that place down at night because in Winnipeg, the freaks really do come out at night..

Ugh, not this again. Despite the term "Canadian Bacon", most of us call that ham or peameal bacon, and it's not something that's eaten on a regular basis by most people. It seems that it's mainly Americans that call it Canadian Bacon.

We just eat regular bacon. And we call it bacon.

Wait 'til you hear about Canadian chicken!

Canadian chicken? We call those Canadian geese.

Here's one we caught:

Brave patriot bald eagle takes down wimpy Canadian goose : r/natureismetal

edit: Canadian geese shit everywhere, like the flood of third-worlders migrating to Canada.

While Wasaga Beach is known for being the longest freshwater beach, reports have surfaced of beachgoers defecating in the sand. For the full story, see the link in our bio🔗 #wasagabeach ...

Alberta, and a few more provinces would be great for the US; that also makes it easier for eastern Canada become New India like it wants, and improve relations with China.

Well I love America. Always have. Since I was a kid. Especially now since I haven't recognized my own country in over a decade. And it's only getting worse with our new PM.
Our dollar sucks, national identity is eroded, housing and food crisis, gun confiscations, open border immigration, native reconciliation pandering & land acknowledgment, blocked & stalled oil industry projects, the MAID program... I could go on. I'm 46 and if it doesn't get better in the next 10 years then Id like to retire in the States if I could.

Move there now, why wait.

Fellow Canadians, familiarize yourself with upcoming Bills C-9, C-63 and other such similar ones. The US may seem a little more appealing after the sticker shock passes.

I don't see C-9 ever passing personally and C-63 is not terrible at the core. That one is aimed primarily with protecting children from being bullied, exploited or glorifying self harm etc.. Freedom is great but I really don't need some fat pasty weirdo pedo halfway across the world telling my kids to kill their dog or abuse themselves and tape it. "Freedom" is better fought for elsewhere.

Also, States aren't that appealing to me at all. Love all the goods that are accessible in the states but I'd rather go back to my roots and move to Europe.

Sounds like your bags are packed so why not go?

As for your observation, the new PM didn't actually ruin anything. The OLD one did. He is the nancy that destroyed the identity and social fabric of the country and opened up the box on mass reckless immigration. He also bungled covid, invested nothing in the country or the military. So far the new PM has invested billions in military ( and will continue to do so), has gotten service members a significant pay increase and is not pandering like the previous PM did and actually trying to move the needle on resources / oil. I find it funny that people keep repeating these talking points because they just want to hate a party rather than actually observing what is going on around them. Fancy socks Trudeau was around for 8+ years, Carney has already done more than him in 1 year.. he's also done it arguably in one of the hardest and most harsh economic environments the country has EVER faced.

Oh you won't ever sell me on Carney. He was working with Trudeau as an advisor for most of those years and he also recommended the emergencies act and the freezing of bank accounts. He wants to keep the oil in the ground just as he says in his book. Carney also doubled the Trudeau era deficit in only one year! That's 42 billion after 10 years of Trudeau and now it's 80 billion after 1 year under Carney!

No deal with America, Carney wants deals with China instead. He also recently gave the Chinese full access to the RCMP database and wants to sell roaming Chinese surveillance electric cars to spy on Canadians and Chinese nationals who escaped the regime. Carney thinks it's better to do business with a country who executes 20,000 citizens year and just held the 2 Michaels in captivity for YEARS!

Carny is also claiming the south Asian immigrant extortion and political violence epidemic in the country is not a thing anymore, meanwhile a popular female indian influencer was just murdered last week in Ont over her Indian political views. Stores, business and homes being shit at and firebombed across the country.
If Carney makes a deal it always benefits his portfolio and Brookfield as well. All that will be coming out soon. He has tonnes of conflicts of interest.

He also bribed the latest NDP floor crosser with billions of funding for her community in Nunavut and is trying to form an unelected majority government in an undemocratic manner. The people did not vote for a majority. Carney is forcing one so he can roll out his carbon credit system. Then, digital ID...
I could go on...maybe later.

He's not perfect of course not.. but a hell of a lot better than what was before him in he current climate. His hand is also forced on oil so regardless of what he wrote in a book a decade ago, he has got to serve the interests of the nation now. We are now exporting more natural gas so that's already a win. Mineral deals as well.

As for China, people seem to forget that the States essentially made the same deal for soy. What we have done for grains is exactly what the USA has done. That is huge for agriculture out west and a major win. Trade deals with China aren't handing them TS material. That happens because we have too many foreign born members of parliament who are clearly compromised in all major parties. Chinese EV's represent a huge opportunity and we are only letting in 50K to start. Why wouldn't we try to get manufacturing of Chinese EV's in Ontario anyway? No brainer.. oil and gas going up, EV's mean savings at the moment and we are investing huge in the power grid. EV's still suck for long distances but I have one now for local driving and hard to beat on the savings. 1/4 of the price of gas IF that. As for chinese cars "listening" to you.. probably no different than the NSA. Pretty sure with all the components in today's cars, if the Chinese wanted to, they could listen to you sing along to hair nation while you drive to work in your Ford F-150.
