The misdemeanors weren't arbitrarily upgraded by an activist DA. New York law specifically makes falsifying business records a felony when done with intent to commit or conceal another crime. That law existed long before Trump entered politics. A jury found that prosecutors proved the felony charges.

Changing the premise yet again. From "measurably more evil than any president you've had. It's not even close" to "the worst president in history". Not only that, but each would be measured by completely differently.

More evil would be measured by morality, worst would be measured by policy and performance.

I see you've also dropped the rape claim and are going with just felony convictions for falsifying business records. Mind you misdemeanors that were bumped to felony charges by dubious means. Since the final verdict was a felony conviction I'll let you have that. It's also something most wouldn't consider a measure of morality since no one was defrauded.

I'll help you out a little bit with backing up your argument, but I'm not gonna do the work for you. Start with defining evil. Use that to create a list of actions that would fit the definition. I'd also consider forming a scale (say 1-10) of evil to measure the actions. From there you can make a chart listing all the presidents and correlate them to the list of evil actions. Get your final totals and make the final assessment. Do that and then maybe you'll have some ground to stand on. Until then continuing to spout 34 convictions isn't going to cut it for judging Trump as "measurably more evil than any president you've had. It's not even close".

The other option would be to admit you ran your mouth arrogantly thinking you're the smartest person in the room trying to argue your opinion as fact and ultimately couldn't defend your bold statement.

My guess thought is you'll pick option 3: Continue to run your mouth, dig the hole deeper, get your panties in a wad, change the parameters of your original statement, and insult everyone to deflect from having stepped in shit yet again.
