Looking for a switch.

Looking for a switch like this for an old Crate amplifier I have. I see one on Reverb, that's in Israel, wondering if one of you have one I could buy from you in the USA. Its the clean/crunch switch. amp is a G40cxl I believe the switch is a Mackie.
