Maple neck/maple board lovers unite

One piece maple necks sound best from the Fender or Superstrat camp IMO. I find the sound of a rosewood board on a Strat a bit dull and scooped sounding. A maple fingerboard just has this attack and richness in the upper midrange that can't be beat. Look at Hendrix - started with rosewood board strat and towards the end of his career made the switch to maple.
 
I like the snap of a maple neck. I have 2 basses and 2 strats with a maple neck. I will say that I like my rosewood board strat too, I find it a bit more versatile than my maple next strats....
 
I would love to try some exotic types and combos but the one thing I can say is that I love maple.

I played guitar for years before I got one with a maple neck/board and I could immediately hear the difference. Even before I plugged it in.

Granted, I had to get some pretty dark sounding pickups to even it out because it was too bright/twangy for what I like stock but wow I was pretty impressed with maple.
 
Besides Les Paul's and PRS's that I like with rosewood, maple is my favorite strat scale neck. I have a few mutt guitars and they're all maple necks. I once had a maple/curly neck on a hard rock maple/ curly top strat with a floyd and a Distortion that was pretty bright(it could probably shatter those helmets in Mars Attacks!). But generally they sound great.
 
Maple neck for a bolt-on!!! I have been leaning more towards maple necks/maple boards and both of my Charvels and my future Charvel CS will have the same.

I have a Strat and a Superstrat, both with maple/maple.
 
Count me in for maple/maple as well, definitely my favorite for feel and tone. close second is all rosewood neck though, strictly aesthetically though.
 
I have two dual maples. Love them both. Sorry for sucky pics, need to take better ones.

Love this combo as well.....have some. Also like the way a worn maple fingerboard looks from years of playing, some serious mojo there.
