My Favorite Zakk era...

I was at that music store run he did in 93... he played through my horizontal input 2203 that I let the guys at Georges Music use after they put some tubes in it for me. great times.. I paid 400 bucks for that amp back then.

I never saw him with Ozzy but saw BLS in 2000 and 2003 . Cool shows and I liked the early BLS stuff along with Ozzy's NRFTW and NMT

I hadn't really paid him much attention over the years, but saw this clip and was surprised how old and frail he looks now. Reminds me of old Billy Gibbons. He sounds good still. The Alcohol demon caught up with him it seems. I think he had some blood clots at some point and has given up the booze now?

I think if he took a bath and shaved, he'd look more appealing. Don't know what's appealing about looking like a slobby biker. Sure, he's famous, has money, etc., but clean yourself up and hit a gym. It's called self respect.

I caught a show on the tour for the first record and yes, still rockin his pride and glory wardrobe. He had 2 stacks going for just him and 2 more for catanese in this little bar outside Cincinnati. Loudest show I think I've ever seen.
