My hearing is half gone again

It’s cold and I think it’s sinus shit . Sinus are clogged and my ears did the same shit . I told my doctor I heard 2 lines of cocaine will clear it up . What do you all think ?
Anyone have hearing loss like this ? Whej it got warm this year I swear it cleared up . Idk what’s going on but what you all think ?

I have . And I do have hearing problems . But it’s like I’m clogged . Last year when it warmed up one my right starting fizzing like crazy like it was clearing and then my heating was back . Like when I talk I sound all nasally and clogged . My left ear def has damage from tests . But my good right ear when it gets clogged it feels like a pillow over it
. I’m listening to the bleeding album full blast atm and it’s not loud like usual . It’s fucking strange . But you’re right I should go again .

Hearing problems are awful. Hope you find some relief!

Between Tinnitus, severe Cedar allergies, and high levels of teeth grinding....I have struggled with various levels of hearing loss and impairment.

Sometimes it's just allergy related congestion. Claritin and Flonase helps a ton. Histamine blockers can help with congestion and irritation. Might be worth a try.

For the Tinnitus and teeth grinding, I supplement heavily with Magnesium Glycinate. Absolute game changer for the teeth grinding which was adding to the ear ringing and impairment. Just recently added a B1 complex too.

I too have abused my hearing with loud amps, loud music and loud concerts. There is permanent damage for sure but some of these other variables eluded me for years. Treating some of the secondary issues has helped overall.
