It's a clone of a Mark iic+ / iii. Crab amps "Markus". The builder makes compact, PCB versions of popular amps. I was totally unsure if it would feel gimmicky or like a distortion pedal strapped to a half ass power amp but none of that is remotely the case. Its a legit amp and feels, reacts, sounds the way you would hope. Everything I was lusty for what I heard in JP2C is right there! ...tho I'm sure the real deal is 5-10% sexier and totally worth pursuingSounds great actually for that style. Mark what?
Thx dood. That is def the articulate^^ I refer to,, its super responsive to pick attack so I can really vary how much I dig in or back off. Most of that was picked, which u woulda seen if YouTube didn't crop the clip like a old kung fu movie... giving me thunder thighs in the process (not that I mind,, they save lives, apparently)Killer tone and killer playing. That 3-note / string stuff is really clean - cannot tell what notes are picked and what notes are legato.
All that and apparently doesn't skip leg day!
Yeah I’ve seen those crab amps around. Interesting. Obviously I didn’t get the crabs joke. It's a clone of a Mark iic+ / iii. Crab amps "Markus".
