Interesting info, no set number just that they will only be available this year...and you will still be able to purchase each amp after its 11-week run.

Did anyone catch Chris saying that he'd like a little head

I like the sound of the 800 one the best. These are going to be fun to mod as well.

Remember that you guys can purchase these through Ralph (Gainfreak) here on RT via info at modsquadmusic dot com

Santiago did a great job on these.

Cheers,
Mike

LMFAO!! That comment was classic!!

BTW I like the 800 the best as well and already had the wheels spinning as to what you could do to that amp ya MONSTER hahahaha!!

Im all over these little fockers when they become available!!

Man Santiago was a great add for Marshall, he has really helped put Marshall back on the map in a good way.

I would not mind a little head from ralphie at the Mod Squad
:hys: :inlove:

Tony the Tiger says these sound Gr-r-reat ! I would like to see them offered as prizes in boxes of cereal.

I think the Marshall demo video of the JTM1 sounds pretty much like the demo of the Class 5. The master volume 1 watters do sound sweet, and I'm curious to hear what they sound like at .1 watts!

These sound and look killer, if they would have made the class 5 sound like this I would have got one.

lol sure, 500£ for a pcb 1 watt version. wowww
I'm a big Marshall fan but they could have made a turret board version for this price.
If this is santiago's idea i'm not surprised, it seems that this guy considers people as idiots.
(not only everybody but also slash)

By reading your comment I see I will never get through to you so lets just enjoy each other's company while debating supercolliders................

I'll probably grab one of those JCM 800's....wonder if it's like the 2205's? I'd like to hear the little JVM.

The first couple sounded too muddy for me....maybe those will be better when they come out with the 2 watt model. Probably need to Hotplate it though.

I think they sound great, overpriced though just imo if they are made with a small pcb with everything board mounted shoved in there.

It can't actually be that expensive! It just can't. The real deal is only a 150$ more expensive. I'm thinking those are just prices they put up without knowing the retail price yet.

Problem is they are "limited edition anniversary models", so they will always be over-priced and hard to get.

I also bet if you mod a Class 5 with a master volume, you will get very close to the JMP-1 (not the original JMP-1 preamp), tone wise, and build wise. Just a guess though.

Problem is if they make you dream or not. Turret board would have been more exciting for an anniversary project.
