If you’re into that sound like I am then I would recommend it as much as a priority as getting a c+ and more attainable thankfully. It also sounds incredible through the clean channel of a c+ btw. The Wizard ch1’s you have aren’t bad either as fuzz platforms, but there are better for that imo. If you get your hands on one please don’t say “so many good ones out there” ever again because you will see how much worse 99.99% of other fuzzes will sound to you afterwards haha. Let’s cut through that bs. Learn from my mistakes of all the time and money I spent learning this. The same would all also apply if you get a real Klon ever. You will instead be saying so much garbage out there, why can’t anyone actually make something good
How about the Foxx thru the Gjika Sam?

To be honest I can't remember if I tried it there or not. Maybe will try that tomorrow if I haven't already yet. I honestly didn't like though my pedals much through my Gjika of what I tried, not even my Klon. I seem to just like it best alone with no pedals or any other stuff in between. One thing also I don't have is a Gainmaster since I got mine used. I haven't heard sounds in the clips with it that I can't get without it, but would still like to try a Gainmaster myself to see what it does in person. Besides overdrives and fuzzes I've never really been much of a pedal guy. Most worsen the core tone of my amps too much. I feel the Gjika has this unique roar and bloom to the notes at volume that seems to lessen with any of my boost pedals. And a MUCH better amp than any Orange to make this more relevant to this thread LOL

The Gainmaster is cool, but I don’t use it without my old Tubedriver or the Gjika fuzz. It sounds better to me, with something goosing it. More pedals, I know. But it does sound good. The 10n alone is pretty good tho. Very pure.

Yeah in general I tend to favor more pure sounds usually and not into modulation fx much at all. The Gjika to me already has a kinda fuzzy character on its own that I like a lot. One of the very few non-vintage NMV amps that I feel has been worthwhile

I do like their nasty ass fuzz tones
So after revisiting I think the Russian big muff varieties would probably get closer to that ballpark (maybe not exactly ideal), but I think much more important would be to get an amp that has high wattage and really big, extended low end. Here's also a good idea of what the Foxx can do (especially at 2:20. Still MUCH better in person) :

Hell ya sounds great

I like orange amps I general, but their model numbers are really confusing. Like as was mentioned the or15 is a 15watt rockerverb, but yet has OR in the model number. Really cool little amps . Got to hear a friend use on live a number of times. When I ran it head to head with a Friedman runt, I preferred the orange.

I used to own a rockerverb 50 mk1 with 4 6V6s. Cool amp. Clean was decent. The gain channel was great and loved the range of gain from crunch to watch out. Pretty much usable throughout the whole range. Got to fix a combo version of the rv50mk1 this year and was impressed again with it. Clean was even a little better than I remember. Was a heavy 212 combo though, let me tell you.

Also as was mentioned they tend to be dark, and mids are not super present, so a speaker that pushes those mids is really helpful. I think this is why they use a lot of v30s. Although for the best cleans on the rv50, the cl80 was my preference.

orange are great, thicker than marshalls. they lack the top end kerrang marshalls have, BUT you can add it easily w a top end boost or drive
