Peavey 5150, power consumption and generators

Hi guys.
I just moved to a different city in my country and there are too many power outages. So we rely on hour long UPS back ups and Generators.
I run my whole studio on them without issues, but i never run my tube amps.

Q1. Is it safe to run a tube head on a generator/UPS with a voltage stabilizer ?
Q2. How much power does a 5150 head consume, so i can make sure i have a generator/UPS with ample headroom.

Its used in my studio and at home, never for rehearsal or cranked beyond 3, and i only use 2 power tubes so its half power.

Hey what country are you in and tell me the voltage, how many devices you plan on plugging into the ups/genset outlet. I can help u size ur ups and genset.
