Whats is that? Has a good looking burst on it.

It's a Rust Strat finished and assembled by Matt at 30th St Guitars in NYC. It's got an amazing Brazilian board

A former friend of mine has one of those relic red sparkle strats with the S1.

some really nice strats up in this thread so far

i have a problem keeping strats for more than a few months. usually around the 3 month mark i get bored with them and sell them. then i regret it and buy another. i wish i would have kept this last one though.

Do super-strats count?? I've tried, really tried, to play a Strat-proper... Fender. American. Deluxe. Specials. You name it... I just can NOT play Fender Strats or Teles :dunno: But I've yearned for that single coil tone and playability for ages. So I've had to go with alternative models and manufacturers. ESP are my heavier style paying strats (not really strats in that their active pups and humbuckers with split coil-taps), and my latest acquisition is a Suhr S4, which sounds EXACTLY like the sound I was trying to get OUT of my head IN to my amp and OUT of my cab!

Peace,
V.
