Real lame of Fender, Rhodes made a name for themselves delivering their own designs and solid products, not by piggybacking on some name Fender might have bought but didn't come up with themselves.

Thanks for the warning, I'll make a note to steer clear of any Fender products from now on.

I attempted to buy a cloth to polish my guitar at my local shop.

my tech refused to sell it to me and beat me into submission until I vowed to never buy Fender as long as I live.

But I took that statement about Fender back!

Most Fender products aren't my thing anyways, but if they're not involved in this particular legal matter then I have no further issue with them in this respect. They need to get more consistent quality out of some of their guitar lines (e.g. Jackson Pro line) but that's a different discussion altogether.
