It was blatantly artificially bumped up on the last bids. It's OBVIOUS. Come on folks, do a little detective work.
Yep, the amp had shill/fake bids without a doubt. This did not sell for $5k to anyone, so it is not worth that much money at all.
Hmmm

that's funny that you think the bids were fake. How did you guys come up with that? and what's your reason for thinking that?
I actually was the High bidder throughout almost the entire auction , in fact the opening bidder, and closing bidder. I did not hit the reserve but I put my bid in and was willing to purchase from Tim as him and I both discussed. It wasn't the number he wanted to hit, so there it is boys and girls!
So you're willing to shell out 5k for a CCV right now?
The amp did not sell for $5k to anyone. Therefore, it is not worth $5,000 or more. It's that simple.
The last bid was at $5,100. Nick said in his post that he had the first and last bid (unless I'm reading it wrong). So I want to know if Nick is willing to pay 5k for a CCV right now.
Like i said in my previous post, i was willing to buy Tims CCV for my bid of up to $5100 dollars. As i said earlier, Tim doesn't want to sell it for that.
To everyone - Yes 5k is a lot for any amp! But it didn't sell because it didn't hit the reserve. So Since when does an auctions close price set in stone or depict what somethings ABSOLUTE value is ? This thread is stupid.
I give Tim Krueger props for having the balls to ask a price he felt accurate for a piece of his own property that is virtually impossible to get your hands on, MY GOD! no one has to buy it! so stop crying about it like a bunch of 16 year olds!
