Splawn 4x12 cabinet

I have 2 Splawn cabs with small blocks and theyre great great sounding cabs Great build quality and construction

Wish I had the cash to try some Creambacks, Lynchbacks or Scumbacks in them

I have two 4x12's right now loaded with v30s and creambacks.. Love the reponse, tone, bottom end, and overall sound of these cabs!

They are well built cab. I have a Splawn straight 4x12 with Man o wars and Guv'nors in an X pattern. Cab sounds really nice with the older QR I pair it with.

I own two Splawn 412. One has G12M Greenback reissues; the other has G12EVH (G12M Heritage). Both sound phenomenal. Go for it and don't look back

I LOVE them!!! My favorite speaker cabs so far. The Creambacks sound fantastic. Definitely prefer this 2x12 to my P50E loaded Fryette 2x12 and Mesa Recto oersized V30 loaded cabs. The Fryette cab WAS my fav but I don't miss it at all at this point. I think the Splawn cab with Creamies will kill with the Friedman amp. The build is fantastic as you already know.

Splawn cabs sound great with any greenback type speakers....original, reissue, evh, creamback, lynchback, small block etc.... Ive had several splawn cabs so far, they are awesome !

Have you tested splawn vs Fryette both with creambacks or the same speakers besides the p50?

No. The Fryette cab went a few months before getting the Splawns.

Nice. Same as my 2x12's. that's a great looking combo. You won't be disappointed.

Got to hear the Splawn 4x12 in person - was in love with the sound coming from it.

I must of had a bad one....because mine was VERY harsh sounding. It came loaded with MOW's/Gov's which I ripped out within a few days...very mid spikey/flubby combo to my ears. I installed a quad of vintage G1265's (my GO TO speaker) and it sounded marginally better. The cab was gone in a few weeks. I did keep the matching QuickRod for about 18 months.

one i heard had Celestion Vintage 30 and the Cremeback - WOW, had a super sweet tone and when pushing gain was super tight
